I just got this information: One of the frames in the picture is A6-EDH. I suspect the one in all white is A6-EDH seeing as it was still on lease from Doric. Planespotters has now marked the aircraft as broken up. Sad to see it being scrapped as it was the only EK A380 I'd flown on multiple flights. It was also Airbus's 6,000th aircraft. I suspect it had done more mileage than the likes of EDF which is what made it a candidate to be scrapped, not least that it's lease may have expired?

A6-EDF is the one in the bottom left pic. It's still intact.

A6-EDF is the one in the bottom left pic. It's still intact. And EDF is now back at DXB, having positioned there this morning. First time it’s flown in 3 and a half years. I’ve also seen a tweet that it is to get refurbished with premium economy? Can anyone confirm?

Planespotters.net have marked A6-EDC, EDE and EDG as withdrawn from use along with EDD being partially scrapped. EDD being partially scrapped seems to tie up with that picture of an Emirates A380 minus a tail I saw a few months ago along with EDH being scrapped but can anyone confirm the others?

A6-EDK is finally pinging again on flightradar. Its currently inside the Emirates maintenance hangar so looks like we’re not far off seeing it in service again.

Have any more Emirates A380's received the new livery since A6-EVG got repainted?

Emirates will upgrade another 43 A380s to new cabin standards, making 110 in total. So that pretty much covers the whole active fleet apart from six which I’d imagine would be leaving. Yet more commitment from emirates to the A380’s long term future.

Great news for the A380 program. Much more utilization and longer active life for the fleet. However, I am not sure if this might be related to any new 777-9 program delays EK might have heard about early?
