The removal seems to be slow - or they believe to get rid of those planes as they are ...

Interesting. There were reports some KAL 747 next in line would get those engines from some Transaero 747-8 before. They might be ferried to some place like Victorville or Mojave first. The engines can be taken off there.

Do they already have a cabin interior or would they be ready for VIP-refit? Perfect for Korea's AF1 replacement methinks.
