It must be a bit late to without any penalty even if they want to get smaller regional planes instead. A lot of money has already been sunk on the planes. Sure maybe they will easily be taken up by an airline.
Still...

MSN 48 is already in s50 so delivery is approx August 2016 ! When A380 msn193 was rolled out September last, everyone expected it to be delivered soon...... (MSN193 hasn't rolled out yet, it is still uncomplete and in storage...)

TAM expects 6 A350 deliveries in 2016 (MSN 27, 35, 45, 48, 64 and 79). Nothing is for sure here; according to the French A350 Wiki-page, TAM's msn's 048 and higher will be delivered not earlier than 2017. Perhaps wishfull LATAM-thinking.... I think an official press release is more accurate than a Wikipedia page that can be modified by the whole world. I think unless Airbus is set to deliver much more than 50 A350s next year, some forecasts will have to be updated, with quite a few deliveries spilling over to 2017. Except these are no forecasts. Airbus simply told TAM that they will receive 6 A350s in 2016. Guess we'll have to wait a few more days. Official delivery forecast will be announced on January 12.

I would guess the same - there was finished more work than any other as of now.

I would guess the same - there was finished more work than any other as of now. And MSN22 has flown, no other frame waiting for delivery in TLS has

Airbus aim for 2016 deliveries: at least 50.
