But what is the Connection to the 10th anniversary?

A scrum is something from the Rugby Sport. But what is the Connection to the 10th anniversary? Toulouse is one of (if not the) richest rugby club in Europe, in the South of France it is an institution. The scrum in the picture shows the workers to be in the red and black colours of the local Toulouse team. I guess being such a rugby passionate area they fancied going for a record on this special day (Fabien's birthday). 'Scrum' is often used colloquially in English with respect to a large (maybe unrulely) mob of people...think New Year/Christmas sales at shops. Ps Happy Birthday Fabien, :-). I know exactly whee I was 10 years ago!

Eastmids13 explained it perfectly - we airplane lovers see Toulouse as a capital of aviation, but it is first and foremost a city of rugby. In rugby, the scrum is an organised face-off involving sixteen players (the eight forwards of each team, banding together on three rows in a 3-2-3 configuration). Both teams push hard to gain possession of the ball, which is thrown into the gap between the first lines. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrum_(rugby_union)I think a detail went wrong in Airbus' picture : there are too many black players, red jerseys are outnumbered.
