I don't think this is much of a surprise to anyone, a senior executive at Airbus says they're expecting a significant number of orders at the Paris Airshow www.reuters.com/article/2015/05/21/us-airbus-group-idUSKBN0O614B20150521Can't wait to see who orders what and whilst I do like to see orders for the A320 family, I'm hoping for more widebody orders, especially for the A380!

From a twitter account of a journalist: twitter.com/vguillermardPAS 2015: 120 aircrafts/helicopters on static display and 20 for aerial display - Sukhoi SSJ100 on static display only. - Bombardier Cseries: CS300 for air display and CS100 on static. - Antonov AN178 (new twin-jet military transport aircraft) will do aerial display. - no US or russian fighter on aerial display. - JF 17 China-Pakistan fighter will perform aerial display daily. - A400m on static display and maybe on aerial display depending of the investigation for the A400m crash.

I'm hoping for more widebody orders, especially for the A380! Sorry if I'm sounding a little pessimistic here. But with the rumours of the A380 launch around, I'm not seeing any airline lining up for a fresh A380 order. TK is the only one strongly rumoured to be interested in the type but I can't see such a deal ready by PAS. At the very best, I'm hoping for Amedeo to place some of their orders with someone.

I would agree Baroque - we will not see any A380ceo order - I am afraid ever. But if the neo is announced - we might see HUGE order + some smaller one.
