Very interesting, it seems this issue affects frames that were in production from much earlier times to lately-times..... skipping frames that I can't see any correlation in between (could have been all frames for one airline? but it isn't... could have been all frames produced after or before a certain date? but it isn't.....) If the parts are not single-sourced, could it be a problem with one of the suppliers (for instance, a second or third-tier supplier) ?

Not entirely sure this post is in the correct thread here, but EASA released an AD on November 14 for inspection/modification of Frame 56 cruciform parts after cracks where found during inspection. Does it ring a bell? Yes, as in November 2013 an almost identical AD was issued for the same non load-bearing part. At the time Airbus came up with a redesign, but the problem is still there.
