Each week a convoy in October, starting on Monday. No full frames anymore? CV2016/22 Monday 03 October CV2016/23 Monday 10 October CV2016/24 Monday 17 October CV2016/25 Monday 24 October May be with the production rate slowdown coming the haulage firm might have layed off one or two rigs and crew ?

So why not just reducing the amount of convoys? It's better to have one or two trucks on the road at the same time then six....

I can see two alternative explanations. 1 - This may be how Airbus transitions to the new lower rate. In this case, the change is temporary. 2 - With this new organisation, Airbus may have identified a cost-cutting opportunity, for instance through streamlined deliveries and reduced storage space. In this case, the change is permanent.

And is the storage space so expensive ?
Or there might be simply lack of it due to A350 ram-up ....

We don't know Airbus' cost structure and cannot therefore guess how a different convoy organisation could possibly help cut some costs (labour costs, for instance).

3 convoys in November, again all starting on "Monday" (1st day of work week)
