Still, nicolele's question makes sense, the text says Airbus' painters are painting the Tail, but on the picture it looks like it is China Airlines' staff that are doing the job (at least on the picture?.....)..

It sounds clear to me: Airbus painters are painting the fin while China Airlines' staff are painting the flower afterwards.

Fabien, XWB, it comes down to 'who is wearing that CI coat while painting?'. It could be an Airbus painter, a CI painter or contracted staff. Does it really matter ?

No, because the text clearly states that this was the first time that CI allowed Airbus painters to paint the "Plum Blossom" which is the flower... Me thinks the China Airlines guys is an inspector and he's doing some final touch ups when the picture was taken
