Maybe it's me, but either Airbus is hustling on this one or Lufthansa has their hands in the assembly much like they did with their A380's.

hey guys, what exactly will the interior have when this frame is ferried to Hamburg? I can understand there will be no seats, does this mean no galleys lavatories also? apologies if I'm rehashing a previously asked question.

Some large component such as galley will be installed during body join, you can check this thread for more info: a380.boards.net/thread/1116/a350-final-assembly-reference-thread

All this news are sign that Lufthansa is a very implicated customer. They follow there aircraft on the production line every day Most - if not all - customers keep an engineering team at the manufacturers' factories to make sure building is performed per the best standards. This is where the problem lies with QR : an uncompromising engineering team, probably encouraged by their management to raise even the smallest issues to reject aircraft !

As mentioned before in one of the QR threads, the customer walks with the aircraft from the start of final assembly until the very end of delivery. This is how QR rejected MSN 63 in Station 59.
