From what I read from other sources, I don't think this is a stall. Several experienced pilots point to the very high speed and see a combination of pilot fatigue + somatogravic illusion.
Somatogravic illusion happens at night during a high acceleration (in this case, when deciding to go around). Lacking any visual reference, a pilot 'feels' that the aircraft is pitching up much more than is the case, and instinctively tries to reduce the angle of attack, actually crashing the plane. Fatigue would explain why professional pilots would react instinctively instead of relying on instruments.

I agree with the crew fatigue bit, holding for 2 hours, under pressure to land at its proper destination rather than diverting. I still think a stall is most likely, but I will now wait for the formal investigation to report, our speculations do not help anyone

The following is the best video that has surfaced so far. It is short, but terrible to watch, but I dont think it shows a stall.

Flydubai 737 crash captain mentally unprepared for go-around 26 November, 2019 SOURCE: FlightGlobal.com BY: David Kaminski-Morrow London www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/flydubai-737-crash-captain-mentally-unprepared-for-g-462554/ ...Excessive application of the stabiliser trim generated negative g-forces as the jet transitioned into a dive. This sudden onset of negative g-force can result in a startle effect, with pilots incapacitated and spatially disoriented and their vision or breathing potentially affected by unsecured objects, mud and dust being thrown up from the cockpit.
Mud? Can anyone explain please? Translation error or even more diverse Boeing debris turning up?!
