Hello all, it does seem to me that in this picture the flaps did not fully extended (she was so light?). Without using the marks at both sides of the runway, is it possible to identify whether she is landing or taking off? Please advise. Thanks.

In the background of the picture you can see a tent for A350 rework. So from the position where I think the picture was taken, it should be a landing phase.
