Very often the actual "Delivery" is before the Delivery Flight, I suppose when everything is official on paper.

Very often the actual "Delivery" is before the Delivery Flight, I suppose when everything is official on paper. From a legal standpoint, the aircraft is 'delivered' as soon as aircraft property has been transferred to the customer. The transfer is materialised by unveiling the aircraft permanent registration number. The aircraft is then handed over to her new owner. She is not exactly 'delivered', since she is flied to her new home by a customer crew.

No delivery date included in Airbus' latest order/delivery sheet, looks like the delivery progress is stalled.

No delivery date included in Airbus' latest order/delivery sheet, looks like the delivery progress is stalled. Lots of non aircraft-related issues things may delay delivery at the last minute, for instance something missing in the legal documentation of the sale, or a financial hiccup. Delivery may still have happened in early September, though.

Got a notification about F-WWBT (which according to my database would be MSN 7181). But nothing got picked up on FR24, perhaps it did an RTO or just got moved around somewhere?

Delivery close together with a "ceo"? Well, Skyliner says the A320ceo has been delivered. No sign of the A320neo.
