Is the not developing as planned, a referenz to not having ordered new frames? Because they are adding used A320 at a good pace. They have 23 now and #24 should join soon.

Just for once maybe Herr O'Leary is in a position where the 50% discount apparently requested of airbus can be rightly refused without thought. Let him wait for the 737s if he wishes.

Is the not developing as planned, a referenz to not having ordered new frames? Sorry, you are right there is no reference for such direct connection. The text itself says that leasing is so much cheaper than new frames and that availability and price of new frames is bad.

With current market environment, leasing is not an easy job I believe. I have a different opinion. While the air transport market is growing, the MAX grounding and A321neo delays boost demand and inflate lease prices.
