There is a very good chance it will be applied once the plane is sent to Taiwan. When CI7 was delivered last month they then took 4/5 days to apply the bird before it entered service.

Yet it had no mention of 100th plane on the frame. So maybe or maybe not.

You must also remember CI wanted to retire the A340 as soon as possible as it was losing them money. Now with it retired it is not soo urgent. All I can say is CI has a pretty odd management that paints the 100th Airbus A350 and yet makes no mention of the fact. The normal patron on the or even air enthusiast in the future wouldn't know it was painted because it was the 100th frame produced.

The 100th A350 may be an event from an Airbus' or enthusiast's point of view, probably not from the airline's. Their own 20th A350 (hopefully !) would be more important to them.
