Are you sure? The Mode S code 384DFA is the same as for her testregistration F-WWDW. Doesn´t look like an QR MODE S code

We can say commercially delivered since it's still at TLS Just to nitpick, the final registration being applied may only mean that the customer has technically accepted the aircraft. The transfer of property may still have to be completed (= final payment to be made and papers to be signed). In this case, I take note that K confirms that the handover has happened.
