From an German Aero-Plane-Magazine (12/2017) One A380 will eventually leased to Garuda Indonesia and one to Royal Air Maroc. Both are already customer from HIFLY Garuda Indonesia was already using two 747 for Hadsh-Flight. Both 747 should be sold. If the story is true, and if the project is successfully implemented, then the Hadj/Umrah market may be confirmed as the main market for used A380s.

I see some regular shuttle service of expat workers between Dubai and India, Pakistan etc. as the most promising use for the second hand ones, especially the Emirates ones. High capacity at low prices. Planes available soon. This should work. There is talk already of flydubai taking them.

Even with 800 Y passenger per flight, then return flight with nobody, will that make any money? I don't think so.

Translation for english jkkw article by google: "LISBON - Portuguese HiFly has to receive the first of two Airbus A380s in June. The airline, which operates its flights on behalf of third parties, is based on two phase-out copies that previously flew for Singapore Airlines.
The desire to have two A380s was already announced last year. With the aircraft that are in storage in France, HiFly wants to serve airlines that need a lot of capacity on an ad hoc basis. The airline now confirms to ch-aviation that the first superjumbo should arrive at the fleet in June.
The two A380s, which went through life at Singapore Airlines as 9V-SKA and 9V-SKB, are currently being prepared for their reintroduction into the airspace.
In March, HiFly announced an order for ten Airbus A330-900s. These will be delivered in June 2019.
Select company HiFly enters a very select group of airlines with the purchase of the A380. Worldwide, thirteen parties are currently flying with the superjumbo. In Europe these are Air France, British Airways and Lufthansa. By HiFly and soon also ANA, the number of users will increase to fifteen." And we know there will be msn 3 and 5 for HiFly.

The report is lacking its source. On the HiFly website it says nothing.
