Attended the public day yesterday with my family, it's the most boring one over the years.
Ancient F-15E & AV-8B are still on display, F-16 did the flying (I think last time was F-18). Most of new civil aircraft have already left the show, only the new look A380 from HiFly is there and the colour scheme looks absolutely amazing. Without that (although it's till a nearly 12 years old frame), it's pretty much an ancient air show.
Not worth the 42 pounds ticket price for sure, most of people were leaving at 3pm because the gap between flying displays were so long and all kids got bored. My son went to do land rover driving experience instead (part of the air show, believe or not).
I will only do trade day in 2020.

I paid £ 2.50 and also saw the AV-8B..... Well sort of, it was still called the Harrier back in 1976
