Should we make this frame as CA1? I think that we made the decision last year that is should be based on delivery, not on first flight, right?

I was wondering indeed if CA3 would become CA1, but it looks like CA1 is pretty much on the move too these days.....

Yes, but I'm referring that in the title last year with QR it was decided that whether it is QR15 or QR16 it was established based on who flown out first, no who did first the first flight.
QR16 first flight was in June and QR17 first flight was in May, but QR16 flown out minutes before QR17

I am asking because what should I write in the update page. Technically it is the first Air China to fly. Then simply add it to your list as such: 1st Air China to fly. Yesterday was the first flight of the first Iberia. But! Who says it will be the first to be delivered?? Anything can happen in the future…..
