If only one CAF required (most likely), it normally take 5-6 days between CAF and delivery. It's tight, but still manageable for January delivery and first commercial flight on 31 January.
The peak season is coming in China (both before and after Chinese New Year), they really need these new frames to join the fleet.

They should borrow those three A350s from HX as well, which they did before shifting A330s from HX to HU.
For MU, I've heard a giant plan for the new fleet in Beijing new airport, pretty ambitious. So watch the space...
