Well, a useful tool is setting up alert through FR24. Basically you can put flight numbers or registration on here and FR24 will notify you if a flight or registration is online.
For all Airbus flights, you can set up "AIB" as airline and you will receive notifications about all flights start with "AIB".
To get notifications about roll-out information, what I did is I set up alerts of A350 test registrations that are in final assembly and whenever a frame is online for the first time, you'll get email notification.
