looks like no A220 for Spirit in near future Hope they have conversion rights. Once reliability gets all worked out, I think it will be a fantastic fit for them.

looks like no A220 for Spirit in near future Apparently according to this tweet Spirit still has a conversion rights to go for A220. But A319neo is their choice for now.

The choice of the A319neo is the most interesting feature of the Spirit Airlines deal. That subtype is not stillborn, after all !
