Even more laughable. A350 can't accomodate the baggage of passengers sometimes? Wow everyone cancel your A350 orders if true.
"From what he told me, the A350 is rather restrictive to how much cargo it can carry. They've gone to the extent of limiting how much luggage a person can bring. This wasn't an issue with the 77W. He mentions due to the A359's limitations, and not carrying freight cargo, CI is losing $$$ in ONT, and want to bring back the 77W. Though, now the route is in limbo. So who knows if the route survives."
Can You tell me kevin what rumour is going around? May be the first I heard of it.
I know the flight attendants don't like the A350 if working in the business class cabin as the galley is not as convienent for them (compared to other aircraft in the fleet) when I chatted to them about a year ago.

I read a pilot's note (CX pilot) on payload. Basically he said HKG to west coast US, 77W will have better payload compare to A359 (mainly from higher MTOW). However, things reverse for east cost due to fuel burn difference.

The 777-300ER and the A350-900 are not similar sized frames. The A350-900 compares rather to the 777-200. The A350-1000 matches the 777-300ER in size and payload.

My number is wrong an A359 has just 54t payload.

I dont know why i have 400 frames as a reference either...picked it up somewhere... 400 was used by Boeing as an 'accounting block' (a number used in Boeing's 'programme accounting for costs' method) in some earlier programmes. That may be one reason you had that number in mind.
