Boeing chief financial officer Greg Smith says during the call on 24 April that the airframer “removed 210 aircraft in backlog related to Jet Airways due to liquidity issues experienced by the airline” during Boeing’s first quarter that ended 31 March.

Boeing chief financial officer Greg Smith says during the call on 24 April that the airframer “removed 210 aircraft in backlog related to Jet Airways due to liquidity issues experienced by the airline” during Boeing’s first quarter that ended 31 March.Goodbye Jet Airways.. I was actually slightly confused about the statement since majority of order comes from lessors ? If lessors don't cancel their order then it is still on Boeing's backlog ? I know few transactions include sales and lease back but I find it difficult to believe none of those orders belong to lessor.
