With the A220 gaining traction among the leasing conpanies, I do believe we need athread trying to track which frames going where:
Current orders (and LoI/MoU)
GTLK State Transport Leasing Co.: 6 A223 (was intended to red Wings, but cancelled) Ilyushin Finance Co.: 14 A223 Air Lease Corporation: 50 A223 NAC: 20 A22x Lease Corporation International : 17 A223 and 3 A221
While I do believe there has been a few sale & leaseback, all A220s delivered so far has been for orders directly with airlines

Chorus Aviation to buy five A220s, for lease to Air Baltic 20 November, 2019 SOURCE: FlightGlobal.com BY: Jon Hemmerdinger Boston Canadian regional aircraft lessor Chorus Aviation Capital has signed an agreement to purchase five new Airbus A220-300s from Latvian carrier Air Baltic, which will operate the aircraft under leases. The pending acquisition by Halifax-based Chorus Aviation Capital brings another aircraft type and another leasing customer into its expanding portfolio. The deal, a sale-and-leaseback arrangement, calls for Chorus to acquire two of the new A220s in the fourth quarter and the remaining three by the end of the third quarter of 2020. The aircraft are on order with Airbus by Air Baltic, which will transfer ownership to Chorus Aviation Capital but keep the aircraft under leases...

Shouldn’t this be in the Air Baltic thread? They are just doing a sale-leaseback on five of their current A220s on order

For the record, below are the current A220 orders from leasing companies. Meaning (simplified): the leasing company orders the aircraft and then finds a customer for those.
6 -300 for GTLK 14 -300 for ILYUSHIN FINANCE CO 3 -100 + 17 -300 for LEASE CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL 40 -300 for MACQUARIE FINANCIAL HOLDINGS
All from the latest O+D sheet. And that's it. No firm order from NAC or ALC, those are Mou's (if still in place).

2021 is rather early, so shouldn’t be too long until they should find a customer or operator
