The dark blue bottom is a challenge for the best exposure. P = Program Mode will fail

Someone told me, that there are two paint shops for the A380 in XFW, is this correct? Did someone know, for how many days a frame is normally inside the paint shop? I really have no idea how long they need for painting and how many days for drying.

Is it taking longer because Ba have delayed their EIS dates. Or are they still on target for this one.

I would say that MSN095 is globally on time so far. We have no evidence but it would indeed be logical to be now in Painting. There are indeed 2 Paintings Bays and had evidence in the past that from time to time both bays were operating, but also evidence sometimes that only one was used (it was the case lately...)..
I would expect MSN095 to roll out anytime from now within 2 to 3 weeks.....

Thanks FabienA380. That means, that the time for painting is alltogether around 3 weeks?
Cool, I'm on the way to Toulouse. Hope the weather is fine ;D

I think I have understood with the time that the Painting time differs from airline to airline..... still being around a one to two week job..... usually frames are also having a little time (around one week?..) in a Flight Line Hangar after the Paint Mission, but this is spent either before either after Roll Out...... ->Though in the case of Heads of Versions, I think this time in Flight Line Hangar is always done before Roll Out and these HoVs do not need any more time in FL hangar after Roll Out..
