Brilliant Images, do you know if there are any higher res versions of it. The A350 certainly has the best looking winglets in the entire aviation world!

I am sorry, but i could not find a better res version. The post on A350 XWB News is removed, but as i remember it was written that the paint work was done in a facility at Clement Ader site.

[The A350 certainly has the best looking winglets in the entire aviation world! I agree. The sleek style is well accentuated by the exquisite blue gradient of the paintwork. I hope the airline customers get a similar paintwork based on their liveries instead of a solid colour.

As we wait to see MSN001 to finish painting, here are two diagrams that I've photoshopped to show the different sizes of the Airbus and Boeing lineup from the 767-300 to the A350-900. Each aircraft's outline is from the AUTOCAD 3-view drawing available from the Airbus and Boeing websites. Scaled Images 787 and A350 small by JKKW, on Flickr Scaled Images small by JKKW, on Flickr

On those A350's I see something I don't like.... Forward tilting main landing gears... I would have loved to see them falling back like the A330

Here is what the aircraft would look like if the 'glasses' were removed View AttachmentOK. The black frame stays on for me. It looks so much better that way and I like the unique badass bandit look. Also, those white sheets behind the front cockpit windows sort of distort the colour of the glass and it should look better once they're removed. But I'm a little puzzled as to why there are so many of those "whisker" like things around the nose. I know some of them are the pitot tubes, but how many do you need? Or is it unique to this aircraft only since it is the test frame?
