There is some interesting remark in their credits: The german civil aviation authority told them that they don't need any permit if they fly below 30 Meters (100 feet) as they would not be considered an airplane by federal aviation law. So you are free to fly anything below 30 Meters? They added no persons on the ground where overflown and every area was cleared before for safety reasons. They had technical support from some professional (unmanned) industrial drone company and were sponsored by some electronics mall.
