MSN6101 will be the first A320neo. The A320neo is really not far away any more...the first wing has also already been spotted in Broughton. Is there any information where the first neos (including the A319neo and A321neo as well) are going to be assembled?

Following the above information, I also have:
MSN6101 = A320‑271N MSN6286 = A320‑271N MSN6419 = A320‑251N

Correct, ‑271 should be the P&W PW1000G engine while ‑251 should be the CFM LEAP-1A.

I would have thought so as well AA's A319s are -115's so I guess you are right with them being at "5" Same for Pratt, they already have a code "3" (DL's A330's for example are -23x and -33x) all though the PW GTF is built as a joint venture with I believe RR?? (PW-1100G-JM, the JM was added later and will probably stand for "Joint Manufacturing"??) So we now have 0 = GE 1 = CFM (on the A320ceo) 2 = IAE 3 = Pratt (widebodies) 4 = RR 5 = CFM (on the neo) 6 = Missing?? (or am I wrong) 7 = Pratt (on the neo)
