VH-OQA (in Silveroo livery) is in Abu Dhabi since the 25th of January, is this the planned maintenance and refit? I remember reading that Airbus was going to take care of the refit, and maintenance would be done at the same time, but I could be wrong. According the local EFW guys refit will be done in DRS starting end of May. This will be the next A380 here after the HiFly.

Qantas confirmed at it FY19 results presentation that the first A380 with new cabin is ready in September. OQB did an extensive flight test near Abu Dhabi and seems the lucky one with the new cabin:

Qantas grounds eight A380s for six months By David Kaminski-Morrow9 March 2020 www.flightglobal.com/airlines/qantas-grounds-eight-a380s-for-six-months/137156.articleAustralia’s Qantas Group is to ground eight Airbus A380s for six months, as it cuts capacity by nearly a quarter over the period to September 2020. Only two A380s will remain flying, because two others are undergoing scheduled maintenance and cabin upgrades. The measures follow the continuing downturn in demand in the aftermath of the coronavirus outbreak.

Qantas to ground all A380s as it further cuts back on capacity. On March 22, a few were still active.

Qantas to ground all A380s as it further cuts back on capacity. On March 22, a few were still active. OQI flew to DRS yesterday doing a new nonstop record (over 19h). I heard that more A380 should be transferred and stored in DRS, but the local insiders decided to block all information/details.
