Hi Guys,
Is there anyone who have the information about Station numbers and what each Station is doing.
I'm interresting in both the assembling of the A350 and A380.

Regards, SAS380 For the A350, there is this video and this image of the stations (From Flight Global) Station 59 Station 50 and the result of station 50 (note this is the static test frame) Station 40 and the result Station 30 (I think) which gives you Station 18 F-WXWB, Airbus, Airbus A350-941 - cn 0001 by Flox Papa, on Flickr and for the A380, I'm sorry, but I can't help you much with that

With the help of Airbus' footage ( Jkkw's post a few posts ahead of this post) and philidor's post, I thought it would be nice to have a written detail of the different steps of Assembly of the A350: A350 Pre-FALParts arrive at A350XWB Final Assembly Line at Toulouse: - Aft Fuselage and Vertical Tail Plane from Hamburg and Stade (Germany) - Wings from Broughton (UK), transiting via Bremen (Germany) for Leading/Trailing edges installation - Forward and Centre Fuselage from Saint-Nazaire (France) - Horizontal Tail Plane from Getafe and Illescas (Spain) - Pylons and Nacelles from Toulouse (France) Station 59Pre-installed Modules arrive at the FAL Cabin Monuments Installations Station 50 {{2 stations 50, a third to be added later on}} Structural Fuselage Join-Up (Forwad+Centre+Rear Fuselage) (fuselage transfer on transporter)Station 40 {{4 stations 40}} (fuselage transfer on transporter)Wings to Fuselage Join-Up - 1st Power ON Horizontal Tail Plane - Vertical Tail Plane - Tail Cone installations Pylons and Main Landing Gear installations Station 30 {{4 stations 30, a fifth to be added later on}} Indoor Ground Tests - Cabin installation (outfitting) Station 18Outdoor Grounds tests Station PPainting Station 20Engines installation - Cockpit furnishing ...roll out! - Galleys
- and I presume also the toilets.
From the website, other details can be added Station 59 Nose gear installed
Station 40
Interior furnishings include; side-walls, overhead compartments, carpets, floor surfaces and partitions. Station 30
Ground tests include; mechanical, electronic and avionics systems, Cabin tests (IFE, wifi etc) and air conditioning. Cabin installations include; Seats, IFE and cabling, door and cargo linings, partitions and galley equipment Structural installations include; belly fairing (presumably the panels), landing gear doors, wing leading edge and from MSN1's assembly, the winglets. Station 18Pressurisation, communication, fuel and door tests. Station 20 (existing A330 facilities)
Completion of cabin furnishings and installation of engines and APU Station 15 (A new station )- essentially, a station name for flight test

Addasih - super - very nice summarized info ! One interesting observation - if we compare the production flow it is totally different from Boeing model - with one huge hangar and the planes going from station to station in serial way without the possibility to move out or one frame be faster/slower.... One would assume that AB model is more flexible - each frame going to independent smaller hangar.
