How about the baggage container only requirement at T5 in London? AFAIK the CS has bulk luggage only so could BA technically still use it at Heathrow?

The article says BA Cityflyer, they operate out of London City and Regional airports. However, CS300 will not fit at London City Airport. The CS100 will be certified, but the CS300 is simply to big to use the airport. Its length is the main issue, and the parkings stands are way too short, even if it would be certified for the steep approach and short runway
