We are behind with A32s 30 frames - some of those can be explained like Jetstar etc. but not all 30 ! . Wasn't the Jetstar planes actually contractually delivered last year, or is my memory on thin ice again?

I thought that some are still in TLS - but OK - we will see what will happen during last two month - but I believe we will have to say "AB is running the A32s production at a bit bellow 40/month - definitively not at 42/month.

The ones in TLS were contractually delivered, they don't belong to Airbus.

The ones in TLS were contractually delivered, they don't belong to Airbus. When the production runs at 42/month and only 39/month were officially delivered during the past 10 month - we here do not have the confusion with MRTT. AB starts the year with some state of production and we can assume the year finishes with similar state i.e. what was produced is delivered + - few pcs. Here the lack is 3x10=30 planes. OK we might have NOV + DEC more than 42 but I doubt it would be 57. There might of course be some delayed deliveries but if it would be 30 planes I do believe we would know. And we have also delayed deliveries from the past year so in the end this should compensate. So where are those 30 frames ? Were they produced ?

Isn't Airbus production number gross number for a normal month, but has to be adjusted (reduced) to take holidays into account. ISuch as the A330 is produced 10 per month, but only 110 per year (i.e. 10 x 11)

So where are those 30 frames ? Were they produced ? I think you are hunting for ghosts Those '30' frames do not exist. The production rate is 42 per month, but Airbus France works only 11 months per year. In other words: - Airbus France produces A320s at 11 months per year - Airbus Germany produces A320s at 12 months per year - Airbus Tianjin produces A320s at 12 months per year

OK - both someone and XWB - that is a feasible explanation I did hunt for. So the production does not run at 12x42=504/year but less for French and probably German vacation - so the whole supply chain also runs at this a bit lower speed. My calculation of 30 frames missing makes in this perfect sense . It is than similar for the A33x line. There XWB kindly made the production lists available for us - I might look into it and find out exactly how it is - next week.

Correct, 10 per month multiplied by 11 working months = 110 per year.

With today massive deliveries the monthly target is reached. 43 or 44 (1 ex-Jetstar) A320, 10 A330 und 3 A380 this month already.
BTW: I wonder that there are 2 Avianca (Brasil and Cargo) 330-200F in the prodlist, 1534+1550. But when I look on Airbus site there are 5 orders with already 5 deliveries, 4 for Avianca Cargo and 1 Avianca Brasil. Acc. planespotters.com there are 5 deliveries to Avianca Cargo. So there are no orders for these 2 planes in production??
