The delay is minimal, but still to make it happen MSN155 would have to fly back TLS as soon as possible, hopefully early this starting week......

OZ is moving forward A380 Los Angeles inauguration to 20AUG14, instead of 26AUG14. Also the daily ICN-NRT will now stop on 19aug instead of 25aug airlineroute.net/2014/07/22/oz-lax-aug14/poor NRT, not many A380 services now as it used to be a major A380-centre...

I believe it would be full. If you walk the streets of LA and look around..... Check how many flights there are to far east from LAX. If they would not fill the planes they would not operate those. Introduction of A380 is not a significant increase in capacity on this route.
