Any news on whether these parts have been used for another frame? I'm sure Airbus doesn't want the parts around indefinitely as storage costs money.

The parts probably remained with their respective supplier, or were transferred to a sub-assembly site, but they are not in TLS.
We don't know whether the frames are to be built for another customer, or the parts are being re-assigned to another frame number.

From article about skymark a380 (http://www.zipanguflyer.blogspot.jp/2015/08/bye-bye-skymark-hello-ana-airbus-a380.html). "Two have been completed and are currently stored at Toulouse/Blagnac [TLS/LFBO], with a third partially finished", that means msn 185 will be ready for convoy to TLS when ANA wish to receive 3th A380.

ATDB claims MSN 185 will go to ANA. If that is true then the parts have been in storage for over 2 years !

ATDB claims MSN 185 will go to ANA. I doubt it very much. ANA is not taking ex-Skymark frames, as their own delivery schedule officially begins in 2019. Of course, something may have changed ...

According to ATDB msn 185 will be first frame for ANA for delivery in may 2019 with registration JA380C.
