Should it not be Ariane from French Guiana? Would Soyuz not be fired from Baikonur?

Two more satellites shouldt start in May 24. there are satellites number 13 and 14. Must be again a Soyuz rocket because the Ariane 5 is to powerfull for only two satellites and to start the Soyus from Baikonur is the weight to heavy. So they have to start the Soyus near the equator, wich means at Kourou in french Guiana. In the end of the year will start a Ariane rocket with four satellites. Than it will be possible to test the european satellite navigation system first time around the world.
