For me I like it better (flightdiary) as the map is way better, the only problem with flightdiary is that the database is not up to date and there are many airports missing, many airlines missing, many planes missing.........

I also found airdiary but that has an importer (from FlightDiary) that messes up a lot of your flights, i.e. a 2012 flight on US Airways shows up as America West Airlines (ceased ops 2007.....) There is also JetItUp which has some nice features, but it does not calculate the (approximate) flight time. So, no time in the air given or you'll have to calculate every flight yourself. And that is not easy because you have to take into account the different time-zones.
