Looks like a high speed train for some reason. But as always BA livery is timeless. Sorry, I have an opposite view on this.
I like most of the A350 livery, somehow they display really well, like the *A livery.
But the BA livery doesn't look good at all, in my view. I think it's the lower body part blue make it looks very strange (like a train like you said), specially the blue comes under the nose from the picture provided by BA tweeter account.
The blue engine doesn't help either. I think a white nose does make A350 look much better.
Strange really, normally the Ba livery looks fine but on the A350 it looks a tad odd. The dark blue underbelly is to thin, it needs to come further up the fuselage.

If BA had the same financial clout that Emirates has, and Heathrow could win the battle to expand, then maybe it could compete with DXB as a World hub and order more beautiful 380's. Alas, that aint going to happen in the near future.
Is DXB the only World hub that suits mass A380 operations? Surely, Frankfurt, Paris or Schipol can adapt and compete as far as Europe is concerned.

It all seems to be about a new engine option. Surely Airbus is continuously working on upgrade tweaks, especially(hopefully) on weight saving engineering upgrades to future frames? The base frame needs to evolve in all avenues to survive. It is good to see higher density passenger 380's on the horizon. Moving large amounts of humans economically, and in a relatively green way, is surely the way forward for the 380.

That would also make sense with 2 more A380 to serve the double-daily to MIA (25/10), though I don't understand why earlier reports would have stated just one of the two being brought forward?... MSN192BA10 and MSN194BA11 would then likely be like MSN161BA7 and MSN163BA8 this year, delivery around Sep/Oct 2015 I'm sure the brought forward frames will be ready in good time. It just pleases me me to see Ba keen to take them early! They must be making "plenty dollar", or they wouldn't be remotely interested in early deliveries! Good to see the lady showing her potential.

Great to see Ba taking them early. Is it because of production slot availability, or because they are pleased with the frames performance? I guess a combination of both reasons?

Shame on ORD! 7th busiest airport in the World, and I guess the only one in the top ten who can't handle the 380. Remember, The Boeing Company has its headquarters at Chicago. Well said! You have made me think now , although it is only in the last few years they have relocated hq from Seattle to Chicago.
