News re FedEx B767Fs on firm order / deliveries and on options with Boeing. Quote CH Aviation - "FedEx Express (FX, Memphis International) reduced its B767-300F purchase rights from 50 to 43 during 2023, the airline's quarterly statistical report shows. The FedEx carrier plans to take three of its remaining fifteen firm-ordered B767-300Fs by the end of May 2024 to be followed by another ten by May 31, 2025, and the final two by May 31, 2026. Right, but can you take them into russia? Well they have been flying their aircraft / crew in and out of Russia the past two years so I don't think it's a problem ?

Damaged in DME. Not too serious it seems, but how will they repair it in a sanctioned country? I suspect that you can't bring spare parts from Airbus into russia right now. If EK already have those parts its not a problem !

EL AL "commits" to more B787-9s, Order or MOU ? for 3 and options for a further 6. Qoute Flight Global - "Israeli flag-carrier El Al has disclosed a preliminary agreement to purchase three more B787-9s, with options for another six. The airline says that the three aircraft would be delivered in 2029 and 2030. El Al adds that the optioned 787s, should they be taken up, would arrive from 2030 ...
