It's not confirmed yet ! Reading the stencilled MSN takes a lot of skill ! If that part was from MSN213 it could go into storage

I think we can trust indeed... Also from experience, all parts spotted on the barge are for the next convoy, even if they are spotted just the day before the convoy starts

I think what addasih means is that he posted the picture so he must be the one that took it, hence he would have seen the MSN.
