I do believe we will have it until summer. Do you know something we don't? As EK usually annnounces new destinations months ahead (as they recently did with MAD und DUS, roughly half a year before service starts), I don't expect them to start several more destinations until summer. As for all other A380 operators, they might start some destinations which are new to them but where EK usually already has the A380 in operation (like TG or possibly KE or CZ sending their A380s to LHR). IMHO, there are only very few other scenarios like one of the European Operators (possibly AF) going into Sao Paulo or CZ trying another domestic destination (like they -obviously not very successful- did with KMG). What indeed might happen is that we will KNOW until summer which might be No. 50 but I would expect service to actually START only several months later.

Let's also not forget that new A380 ports might be added (just 3 to reach 50) but others might also be removed from the list.... (as was Moscow recently....)..

Progressing slowly to the 50 worldwide airports, +3 soon with PER and DUS and MAD, though -1 with the drop of KIX... ending at 47 this Sumer, would need 3 more then to reach 50..... Today-announced CPH would be #48......

ABJ wasn't reported to end at some stage yet? I checked on AF's website and it didn't show an A380 for a whole week in April, so I assumed the service to be discontinued with the end of winter schedule... So far the service's continued normally phew www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/af702

Being now at 46, at this time the 50th should be reached when SIA restart temporary flights to KIX on 5th December this year

To clarify I'll try to update the list from the first post of this thread with all destinations we currently know of as "current" or "soon-to-be": 9 (unchanged) in North America: LAX, SFO, DFW, IAH, ATL, MIA, IAD, JFK, YYZ 14 ( +3) in Europe: MAN, LHR, LGW, CPH, AMS, CDG, MAD, BCN, DUS, FRA, MUC, ZRH, MXP, FCO 5 (unchanged) in the Gulf Region: KWI, DOH, AUH, DXB, JED 2 (unchanged) in Africa: JNB, ABJ 1 (unchanged) in the Indian Ocean: MRU 13 ( -1 / +1) in Southern, Southeastern and Eastern Asia: DEL, BOM, KUL, SIN, BKK, HKG, CAN, SZX, CTU, PEK, PVG, ICN, NRT, KIX 5 ( +1) in Australia/Oceania: PER, BNE, SYD, MEL, AKL This leads to a total of 49 including KIX, but probably I just missed one...
