Perfect, that would probably mean delivery of MSN189 in early-September (I'd expect it to roll out from OF in July).. (edit) (though the second daily to BKK might be helped by the decrease in services to CDG ~same date~, QTR might announce another route for around the same date?.....)

As Qatar Airways will take delivery 2 more a380 this year and reduce a380 services to lhr, maybe they are planning to get a380 to USA or Australia (they will have 3 free a380 in november 2015 to launch new destinations).

I was tending to think the same but then I remembered the second daily service to BKK (16/09), and now with the update of LHR that leaves just one airframe available for a new route.... (once MSN193 is delivered).....

So this is how it looks like from the winter schedule;
BA032 HKG 388 04:50 BA012 SIN 388 05:10 BA056 JNB 388 05:30 MH002 KUL 388 05:35 SQ322 SIN 388 05:55 TG911 BKK 388 06:20 **QR009 DOH 388 06:20** QF001 DXB 388 06:20 BA216 IAD 388 06:25 EY011 AUH 388 06:35 EK007 DXB 388 07:10
Seems like a rush hour A380 in the morning. LHR seriously needs to be expanded. A 3rd runaway is a must..
That's 11 A380s arriving from 5am- 7am.

LHR does not need a third runway to cope with multiple A380 arrivals, just more airbridges and terminal space ! The third runway IS needed however to open up more slots for regional flights and new long haul destinations PS if all aircraft landing at LHR were A380's then one runway would be enough !
