Not necessarily, if MSN207 is ready but Airbus doesn't want to roll it out they can still keep it warm inside 31C... (where I assume MSN193QR was....) They still have to move one out of the FAL, that would than be an "unobserved" rollout. On second thoughts, MSN193, though without engines, does perhaps not take up FAL space any longer.

Fri.9.10.2015 TLS> MSN189_EK6 A7-APF is the 20th A380 delivered this year, and the 172st A380 delivered overall EK6 or QR6??
