No, it's just a cabin option (just like the A320 and A330neo).

I perfectly understand all this space optimization approach but I personally don't like food containers, galley racks and lavs being too close together. Any airline lav is, even when cleaned, some nasty bacteria place and nothing I want to have next to some galley or even to MY OWN FOOD.

Somehow, it is said that the kitchen sink is dirtier than the toilet.

Interestingly in this Airbus piece www.airbus.com/newsevents/news-events-single/detail/airbus-a350-xwb-makes-its-debut-at-madrid-barajas-airport/ on the visit to Spain, only 2 offerings of the A350 are mentioned by Airbus: 'The A350 XWB is an efficient medium-capacity long-range wide-body aircraft. With a range of up to 8,000 nm / 14,800 km. it is available in 2 basic passenger versions: the A350-900 seating 315 passenger and the A350-1000 for 369 in a typical two-class layout.' I've not kept up with the claims and counter-claims of whether the -800 had been withdrawn but the marketing suggests so.

Word on the street (aka airliners.net) is that Delta may likely introduce a new Delta One seat for the debut of their A350s. Stay tuned.
No word on if they will also appear on the new 333s and 330neos. Stay tuned!

Has there been any info out about the A350's fuel burn? Falling short? Meeting guarantees? On spec? Better than spec? Anything? Usually, by now there should be a lot of noise either way, either through leaks or Airbus's own PR. It's been a bit quiet compared to anything else...
