Well, it sets the ball rolling for this year. The mega orders keep coming. Was this the South American airline that was rumoured to be in deep talks for a big order last year or was that TAM?

Avianca's order was expected, following a tough competition (Boeing aired its hopes to win it several months ago).

I don't think so, the IAFC order was booked in December 2014.

Looks like a 1-to-1 replacement for their existing 25 A321s (two of them are -100s). They also have 9 A320s.

I do not think so - maybe just a part.
They do not have any 321-100 - long time gone. Most of their A321 fleet is younger than 3 years !
Their A320 fleet of 9pcs is 5-10 years old, so those might be considered for replacement after some 10 years i.e. after 2023.
