As now MSN193 is out of storage and back to FL, shall we move this thread back to TLS section then?
Nice to see less stored frames, and a number of orders coming, a very positive start for A380 in 2016.

When did this frame get a new paint-job, from long-term-storage primer to regular primer ? From this thread, it could be at any time between December 7th and now ...

So was it once more our famous ZODIAC ? I doubt it, other frames having suffered a delayed outfitting haven't been painted into that special primer. I wonder whether Airbus had to build this frame early to keep production going, or QR delayed delivery for some reason which they did not want to make public. One possibility might be a tight financial planning driving QR to re-schedule some deliveries. The airline had a lot of investments to make last year.

I believe QR made the decision to delay MSN193 and MSN197 after MSN193 was convoyed, otherwise if Airbus wanted to keep the production going, we would have seen MSN197 convoyed too.....
