Good news, good for TG! Can't see any obvious slots for Thai to pickup from leasing companies, more than two third of the 2023 slots have confirmed customers already. The only leasing company has A350 on order is ALC, and all of their 3 slots for 2023 have already been located. Could those two frames be ex-Aeroflot slots from 58X-60X range (e.g. MSN585), and will be picked up by ALC or another leasing company?

In my opinion it may be 2 second-hand frames, for example msn 351 and 355 leased from avolon.

Confirmation about 4 leased a350-900 for Thai Airways: "In the past morning, Thai Airways received one Airbus A350 aircraft and the second aircraft will be delivered in June, then two more aircraft will arrive at the end of the third quarter, including this year. There will be 4 new aircraft added from a total of 11 aircraft, all of them leased." www-pptvhd36-com.translate.goog/news/หุ้น-การลงทุน/196287?_x_tr_sl=th&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=pl&_x_tr_pto=wappLooks like there will be 2 more a350 (apart from already known msn 351 and 355). Remaining stored a350 without known future customer on the market: msn 246 and 251 (ex HU ntu) msn 235 and 256 (ex HX) msn 378 and 391 (ex SAS) In my opinion it will be 2 frames leased from ALAFCO (msn 235 and 256).

There aren't 11 second hand A350s free on the market, and Thai already have 9 A350s through lease, including 351 and 355. I think they mean two more additional A350s arriving early 2024, as you mentioned above.

They mean 9 remaining leased a350 will be delivered untill end of first quarter 2024: "Thai has also secured 11 A350s on lease, two of which have been delivered to the airline, he adds. The remaining nine will arrive by the rst quarter of 2024, which will provide the airline a “signicant boost” to its capacity, especially on long-haul ights to Europe. The airline already has a fleet of 12 in-service A350-900s, according to Cirium fleets data" www.flightglobal.com/fleets/thai-to-add-a321neos-from-mid-2025-ceo/153551.articleAccording to wikipedia all 9 leased planes will have ex-HU (HX) seat configuration: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thai_Airways_International_fleetI read on airliners.net that Azul all 4 leased a350 (msn 124, 153, 168 and 187) will be retired end of the year and owner Aercap will lease these frames to Thai. Next 4 will be probably: msn 246, 251, 235 and 256. Only 1 a350 msn is unknown.
