From page 16 of the presentation marked as "Latin America Airfinance Conference" which can be downloaded from this page, TAM's A350s will have 348 seats. In comparison, Lan's 788 and 789 have 247 and 313 seats respectively and QR's A350 has 283, VN; 305, AY;297 and Cathay's will have 280.

The seats will be the same as/very similar to those installed on Lan's 787-9

This will happen next year, therefore the first A350s will have the current TAM livery.
