But Fabien if we calculate the number of flights/age you are the winner by HUGE margin.  You had no chance to sit in a planes Peter or I did - it comes with the hair  - you still have some years but eventually you will get there too.

Going through all your lists, it seems the A318 is the real exotic one... not really surprising, as there are more than 6000 A320family aircraft in service, but only 69 (68 according to other sources) of them 318s.

Airbus' O+D spreadsheet is what I follow: 79 ordered and delivered, 68 "in operation" I suppose "in operation" and "in service" should mean the same... But I just realised that among those 68 or 69 (one of the 69 is "active", but by an undisclosed operator), another 18 are "Government, Executive and Private Jets". So the chances to get on a revenue flight operated by an A318 are pretty slim (and non-existent outside of Europe, Brazil and BA's BusinessClass-only flights between LCY and JFK).
