From available information, I don't understand whether this is a FADEC issue or a quality control issue.
It seems the crash was the result of cutting corners, some tests not being performed before flying, but I find all this realy confusing ... At the end of the day, Airbus seems to have gone deeper into problems by trying to expedite deliveries.
Has anybody a better understanding ?

The Telegraph article is OK, but it was NOT in the air for 15mins after the engine problems more like 1 min ?

I wonder why this was not catched in the ERs and the RTO before 1st flight?
