With the French Air traffic strike / work to rule on this week I am seeing a lot of unusually aircraft routing over my part of the UK, UK NATS are picking up some extra fees and the airlines are burning more fuel

A crystal clear day here in SW England, a very long shift for one of the Google Earth camera planes, 6+ hours, then straight over my house on its way home

I have just stumbled across ADSB exchange flight tracking website, wow ! Not sure how I did not know it existed before ! It's not flashy, fairly basic but ok for Aviation enthusiasts, may be not so good for Joe public ? Military aircraft appear, I have seen C17s, Tornados, a P8 and a C2 tracked in U.K. Airspace this pm. Also most exec jets show their registrations on It, where FR24 has hidden them ! global.adsbexchange.com/VirtualRadar/mobile.html

Trying to keep an eye on Bombardier/Airbus movements in the Montreal aerea, this is not the first time I notice something like this on FR24. The top one is labelled as JZA665 YYG - N/A, the lower as JZA512 YYG - YUL: I've never seen it happen near other airports. Could this be some error in one of those receivers they use??

They both have the same Hex code ? If so and they are being tracked by MLAT ? It's probably down to the way FR pinpoints the position of MLAT aircraft, they need feed from 2 or better 3 receivers to try and pinpoint the location or better triangulate it with 3 receivers?
